Are front beach Quadruple Rooms with 2 Queen size beds have split-type Airconditioners? I only see Ceiling Fans in the photos featured.

We don't have a front beach Quadruple rooms, Only Front Quadrooms, It is called a Front Quadrooms because it is located in the front of our building where the garden and bar is. It does not have a beach view. and Yes, Front Quadrooms with 2 Queen size bed

What was the highlight of Deparis Beach Resort
Its the price we paid. :) the location is nice, the room is decent.
Its near D’mall and by the beach.
Moldy and rusty bathroom. We occupy 4 room and all of them are moldy and rusty.hot water is not working that muchh Its loud to since they have singer during the night and you can hear it most especially of your room is upstairs.

Overall, I can say it was ok.
Location wise, is what I like most. Deparis was right at the beach front. You can swim right away, no need to walk far.
When it was raining so hard, the roof was leaking right at my bed. The air condition was not working properly, thermostat for hot water heater was not labeled properly

The style is a littlw outdated and there were areas that were unclean.

Stink of the cat pee on the tables & chairs in the veranda. Weak wifi connection inside the room.
